✓ You're a bit nervous to start in a group fitness setting and would feel more comfortable in 1:1 private sessions
✓ You need extra accountability in the gym and know that a scheduled session with a private coach will help
✓ You need additional support outside of our regular group fitness classes
✓ You have specific limitations from previous injuries or other conditions and prefer a tailored program designed for you
✓ You just simply prefer 1:1 or have a friend/family member that you'd like to train with in semi-private training
