This is our main jam! We are basically taking our in-house class structure online. Our 60-minute workout will include a warm up, strength/accessory work, a workout, extra credit and a mobility. This is for ALL fitness levels and a pair of dumbbells are required!
Body weight only: Don't have equipment at home or want some more movement? Join us for a 30 minute workout that is for all fitness levels and requires nothing but yourself!
7 PM WEDNESDAY
Get your yoga online with this 45 minute dynamic practice that links breath & movement. Use this time to decompress, improve flexibility, meditate, release tension and nurture your mind, body & spirit. This is for all fitness levels and doesn't even require a mat!
8:15 AM MON–FRI
Start your day with the right mindset. Manage your stress and/or use it to unwind and help you sleep. Either way, Marina is here every morning at 7:30 am for a 5-minute guided meditation that can be replayed back at any time.
HOW IT WORKS
Join our group fitness classes LIVE online via Zoom so you can interact with us, other community members and get coached right from your living room! The schedule is posted here. Each class is recorded, so if you cannot make the class time, you can still watch the replay and get your workout in! You can use your computer or download the zoom app on your phone. It's free! We will email you with our weekly class links!
We've created a "Rebel Workouts" playlist on our YouTube channel for our workout of the day access. These links provide demonstrations and instructions of each daily workouts you can do them at your own pace, any time of the day you want! You can find the workout written in the description to see it visually. The videos range from 7-11 minutes long to take you through the entire workout and break down the movement for all fitness levels.
REBEL WORKOUT LIBRARY
We provide you with new workouts every Sunday for the upcoming week so that you can have them on hand as a visual or do them on your own time! The workouts will always be available so that you have an entire library of Rebel workouts!
