If you want to talk deadlift, go to Nate. Deadlift day is a fan favorite here at Rebel and it's not just because of the movement, it's because of the fun energy that Coach Nate brings to the class. Whether it's your first time in his class or 100th time, he is there by your side to offer 1:1 support and encouragement. Be prepared to turn into a Hard Rock music fan after attending his class. He has a way of unleashing your energy on the floor and making you leave feeling better than you came in.
