Coach Mel has over a decade of coaching and personal training experience. She's a competitive National Olympic Weightlifting Champion and our barbell queen! She loves seeing people crush their goals in and outside of the gym, and believes fitness and movement can be the cure for almost anything! You can expect loads of encouragement in her class, a strong emphasis on proper form and technique, as well as the occasional (or frequent) corny joke. :) You may even see her cute dog, Dottie pop in here and there!

Pushing herself outside of her comfort zone and achieving her own list of health and fitness goals has given Coach Megan the ability to relate to people struggling in different areas of health. Being able to help and guide others is her biggest reward from coaching. You can expect a hype class PACKED with all the sweat, smiles, and bangin' beats! Her welcoming personality and contagious laugh will make any fitness level feel comfortable in class!

Deadlift anyone? Deadlift day has always been a fan favorite here at Rebel and now it's even more exciting with the energy that Coach Nate brings to class. Whether it's your first time in his class or 100th time, he is by your side to offer 1:1 support and encouragement! You can expect to jam out to Hard Rock music and to release a lot of endorphins in his class! He always has a way of unleashing your energy on the floor and making you leave feeling better than you came in.

We call Coach John "The Shark," because he's constantly moving around the room so that he can see your form from all angles. This guy has an eye for movement and a way with demonstrating and speaking cues to make it simple for members to perform proper movement. He's great with all backgrounds and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
