How has training at Rebel Strength and Fitness impacted your life?
In February I suffered a leg injury which left me on crutches for a month. I didn’t think I would be able to work out and had a big pity party and gained weight. I got the all clear to work out after 3 months but was shaken and lost all my confidence. I was determined not to give up and after my first week at Rebel I felt at home. I was upset I had to modify some things but so thankful and grateful that Steph, Michelle, Matt and Brian were there to help and remind me to take it slow so I don’t reinjure myself. I enlisted the help of Megan to help me retrain and refocus my brain on nutrition and eating so that I have the energy, knowledge and ability to fuel my body to hit my fitness goals. I can see everything coming together now. I am so excited for all the changes coming in the next couple months and so glad I found Rebel!
Hobbies: Going to concerts with my son
