7 PM MON & WED
Learn and develop the fundamentals of olympic lifting. Whether you're new or experienced, our small class size gives you the 1:1 attention to help you improve individually.
7 PM TUESDAY
Get your flow on with this 45 minute dynamic practice that links breath & movement. Use this time to decompress, improve flexibility, meditate, release tension and nurture your mind, body & spirit. This is for all fitness levels!
10 AM – 12 PM SUN
Start your day with the right mindset. Manage your stress and/or use it to unwind and help you sleep. Either way, Marina is here every morning at 7:30 am for a 5-minute guided meditation that can be replayed back at any time.
