REBEL STRENGTH & FITNESS CLASSES
All classes are one hour long, capped at 12 members, have a trainer present, and are meant for ALL fitness levels.
- Rebel Fit is meant to reach a broad range of fitness.
- Classes consist of strength training, cardio, core, HIIT, & more!
- Train your body and muscles in a way that will make everyday activities easier, reduce your risk of injury, and improve your quality of life.
- Strictly Strength focuses on strength training technique using barbells and dumbbells.
- Class teaches proper form and technique of a variety of strength training exercises.
- Each class targets a specific strength area followed by a strength conditioning workout.
- Once barbell movements become proficient, members have the option to use barbells in the Rebel Fit workouts that offer it.
OPEN GYM (Unlimited Packages only)
- This is the chance for you to come in and work on whatever you want! You can put yourself through your own workout, come in and just lift, work on any barbell movements, etc.
- A coach will be present for any direction or guidance!
