ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING

Our girl Katie has lost 90 POUNDS!!!

Shout out to one of our favorite Rebel OGs! We can't believe it's been three years since Katie came to us looking to change her life FOREVER!

Katie tells us that before coming to Rebel, she had never been committed to ANY kind of workout regimen!!

WELL JUST LOOK AT HER NOW:
  • She's coming to the gym 4x a week 
  • Her personal best dead lift is a 315 LB!!
  • She used to dread running a 400 and now she runs outside of the gym!!
  • She's learned a lot about nutrition and what works best for her body
  • She's lost an incredible amount of weight and is FEELING GOOD

When asked how Rebel Strength and Fitness has impacted her life, her response is:
"I have met some many amazing people that keep me motivated! I never thought I'd be getting texts about skipping the gym but your friends notice when you skip too many that is the type of motivation I have received from this community!! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!!"
