WHAT TO EXPECT FROM HERE:
A Rebel team member will reach out ASAP to book your first class.
We schedule new Rebels come in 30 minutes prior to their first class to:
Fill out new client form & a waiver.
Go over a movement assessment with a fitness coach. During this time, we will take you through 6 functional movements. This gives us a snapshot of your body mechanics and any limitations you may have so that we can make sure you are moving within your limits in class! This is a part of what makes our group fitness classes unique and accessible to ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
Give you a tour of our space and welcome you to the Rebel fam! :)
