Megan Tarnowski is a Registered Dietitian and received a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Wayne State University in 2015. She also has a culinary background and studied culinary arts at Macomb Community College. Her love for food is what led her to expand her culinary skills and further her passion in nutrition and the field of dietetics. Megan is also an active member of Rebel Strength and Fitness since 2016. Her overall goals for her clients are to establish a healthy relationship with food and understand nutrition is not a restriction, but an achievable lifestyle!

We now offer an in-house, Registered Dietitian! Together, you will design an individualized program based on personal nutritional goals and needs. Our RD will provide you with strategies and skills to meet your weekly goals and overcome obstacles.
